Hydrate
500 mg sodium. No sugar. Built for long shifts in the heat.
Trusted on Every Job Site
Hydrate is a sugar free electrolyte powder built for people who sweat for a living. Construction crews, outdoor trades, warehouse floors, oilfield, long routes in a cab. Ten to twelve hours of physical work in heat pulls sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium out of you through every drop of sweat, and plain water only replaces one of the two things you lost.
One scoop in 12 to 16 oz of water delivers 500 mg of sodium, 340 mg of potassium, 40 mg of magnesium, and 50 mg of calcium, with no sugar, no artificial dyes, and no caffeine. Take it pre-shift, mid-shift, post-shift, or all three.
What Is Actually in a Scoop
- Sodium 500 mg, 22% DV. From sodium chloride and Pink Himalayan salt. Sodium is the mineral you lose fastest and in the largest amount when you sweat.
- Potassium 340 mg, 7% DV. As potassium citrate.
- Magnesium 40 mg, 10% DV. As magnesium aspartate. A supporting amount, not a high dose, and we say so plainly below.
- Calcium 50 mg, 4% DV. As calcium citrate. Most sports drinks skip calcium entirely.
- Vitamin C 95 mg, 105% DV, and Vitamin B6 1.7 mg, 100% DV.
- 1,000 mg real fruit powder. Lemon juice powder in Lemonade, strawberry powder in Strawberry. That is where the flavor and the color come from. No Red 40, no artificial dyes.
Nothing Is Hidden in the Blend
The panel lists a 2,633 mg Electrolyte Matrix. That number is simply the combined weight of the four mineral compounds, and every one of those four minerals is already broken out above it with its own amount and its own percent Daily Value.
That matters because a blend total with no breakdown is how a label hides a small dose behind a big number. You can look at Hydrate's panel and know exactly how much sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium you are getting per scoop. Nothing about the formula depends on you not checking.
Sugar Free, and Not With Sucralose
Hydrate is sweetened with monk fruit and stevia. No sucralose, no acesulfame potassium, no aspartame. Plenty of powders carry the sugar free label while doing it with artificial sweeteners, and if that is what you are trying to avoid, the front of the package will not tell you.
Ten calories and 2 grams of total carbohydrate per scoop, which also makes it workable on a low carb approach or inside a fasting window.
Built for Repeat Doses, Not One Big Hit
A full shift is not a single training session. Most workers in physical jobs run 1 to 2 scoops across a day. In extreme heat, on long outdoor shifts, or when you are leaving visible salt rings on your shirt, a third scoop makes sense. Three scoops comes to 1,500 mg sodium, 1,020 mg potassium, 120 mg magnesium, and 150 mg calcium spread across the whole day rather than taken at once.
One caution worth reading. At three scoops, 1,020 mg of supplemental potassium is a meaningful daily amount. If you have kidney problems, or you take blood pressure medication, particularly ACE inhibitors, ARBs, or potassium-sparing diuretics, talk to your doctor before running a three-scoop protocol.
Straight answer on the magnesium too. Hydrate carries 40 mg per scoop, which supports normal muscle function but is not a high dose, and no electrolyte powder fits a large magnesium dose alongside everything else. If cramping is a persistent problem for you, that belongs in a conversation with a doctor and a standalone magnesium supplement, not a hydration mix.
About the Pink Himalayan Salt
The sodium comes from a blend of sodium chloride and Pink Himalayan salt, which is a less processed source than refined table salt. Being straight about the trace minerals in it: the amounts are small enough that they are not doing nutritional work. The minerals doing real work in Hydrate are the sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium listed on the panel at real doses.
Lemonade or Strawberry
Both flavors run the identical electrolyte matrix, the same Vitamin C and B6, the same 40 servings. The only difference is the 1,000 mg of fruit powder: lemon juice powder for a sharper citrus profile, strawberry powder for a milder, sweeter one. Pick whichever you will actually drink every day.

For the full daily protocol, including when to take it and how to read the signs that you are falling behind, see the Blue Collar Hydration Guide. To work out how many scoops your conditions call for, our breakdown of how much electrolyte powder per day goes by heat, sweat rate, and shift length. Working in serious heat, our guide to what to drink working in the heat covers where hydration stops and a medical situation starts.
