ON THE BLENDS
Both products use proprietary blends, which means individual ingredient amounts aren't disclosed. What is disclosed: Biotics lists its total CFU count, marine polysaccharide, and FOS at exact amounts. Digest lists its blend weight and protease activity. Neither discloses per-strain CFU or per-enzyme activity units. We'd rather tell you that than let you work it out from the label.

Not for anyone under 18. Digest contains Bromelain (pineapple-derived) and Papain (papaya-derived) — do not take if you are allergic to pineapple or papaya. Not recommended for anyone severely immunocompromised due to the probiotic content. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take blood-thinning or any prescription medication, or have a diagnosed gut condition such as IBS, IBD, or SIBO. What's actually in the Gut Pack?

One full-size bottle of Biotics (60 capsules, 30-day supply at 2 daily) and one full-size bottle of Digest (60 veggie capsules, 30-day supply at 2 daily). Can you take digestive enzymes with probiotics?

Yes. They work on different parts of digestion and don't interfere with each other. Enzymes support the breakdown of protein, fat, dairy, and complex carbohydrates during a meal. Probiotics support the gut bacterial population over weeks. Most complete gut approaches use both, and the Gut Pack bundles them so you don't have to assemble it yourself. How is the Gut Pack different from buying Biotics and Digest separately?

It isn't different. It's the same two products. The only difference is price: $49 for the bundle against $64 for Biotics at $32 plus Digest at $32 bought individually. That's $15 off, roughly 23%. Same bottles, same formulas, same 30-day supply on each.

How long before I notice something?

The two halves work on different timelines. Digest acts on the meal you take it with, since enzymes reach your stomach within minutes and there's no loading period. Biotics is gradual, because supporting the gut bacterial population is a process measured in weeks rather than meals. Individual responses vary on both.

Do I take both products at the same time?

You don't have to. Most people take Biotics once daily with whichever meal is most consistent, usually breakfast, and Digest with their two heaviest meals. Some run Biotics in the morning and Digest with lunch and dinner. The two don't interact, so schedule them around your day.

Will the Gut Pack help with bloating from fast food?

That's the use case it's built to support. Digest covers the enzymatic side: protein, fat, dairy, and the high-fiber ingredients in fast-food meals. Biotics supports the longer-term gut balance that years of convenience eating tend to wear down. One works on the meal, the other on the baseline.

Will it help with gas from beans, broccoli, and high-fiber foods?

That's what the Alpha Galactosidase in Digest is aimed at. It acts on raffinose, stachyose, and verbascose, the complex carbohydrates in beans, broccoli, cabbage, onions, and similar foods that the human gut can't break down on its own. It's the same enzyme used in the over-the-counter products sold specifically for bean-related discomfort.

Will it help with dairy or protein shakes?

The Fungal Lactase in Digest is the enzyme aimed at lactose, which is behind the most common form of dairy intolerance. That covers dairy meals and whey protein shakes. Biotics supports the broader gut picture over time.

Does the Gut Pack contain stimulants or hormones?

No. Neither product contains caffeine, other stimulants, hormones, or banned substances. This is digestive support. No energy effect, no impact on sleep, nothing that affects heart rate.

Will it cause a failed drug test?

Absolutely not. All products are natural, hormone-free, and do not contain any amphetamines or substances that would trigger a failed drug test. Both products here are digestive enzymes, probiotic bacteria, and a prebiotic fiber. If you're subject to DOT, federal, military, or NCAA testing, review both ingredient lists with your testing administrator before starting any supplement.

Are the capsules vegetarian?

Yes. Both products use hypromellose vegetable capsules, with no animal-derived gelatin. The enzymes in Digest come from fungal and plant sources, and the probiotic strains in both products are bacterial cultures.

Do either of these need refrigeration?

No. Both are shelf-stable. Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. A truck cab in summer heat isn't ideal for either one, so a lunch cooler or a shaded toolbox is a better bet than the dash.

What if one bottle runs out before the other?

Both are sized for 30 days at the recommended doses, Biotics at 2 capsules once daily and Digest at 1 capsule twice daily, so they should finish around the same time. If your usage varies, you can refill either one individually.

Can I take the Gut Pack long-term?

Both probiotics and digestive enzymes are intended for ongoing daily use and neither requires cycling. Enzymes don't reduce your body's own enzyme production, and probiotics generally do better with steady input than with breaks. If you have a diagnosed gut condition, check with your doctor first.
