The cup has a sealed bottom that opens when you slide the release button on the handle. Hold it over your Wide Mouth 32 water bottle, any bottle with a standard opening, or our Travel Funnel, and your dose drops straight down. No tipping. No shaking. No mess on the rim.

Two Measurement Lines

The cup has two fill lines so you can dose without guessing or hunting for a tablespoon:

• Line 1 (1 tablespoon) — one serving of Before Work Fuel workday energy or Refuel.
• Line 2 (2 tablespoons) — two full scoops to Line 2 equal one serving of Muscle Fuel protein.

Protein servings are bigger than most other powders, so plan on two drops per shake. For any other powder, go by the grams-per-serving on your label.
