Biotics
60 BILLION CFU · 4 NAMED STRAINS
Trusted on Every Job Site
Built for the Gut That Works as Hard as You Do
Your gut takes a beating when you work for a living. Long shifts, gas-station meals, eating at 4 AM or not until 8 PM, hot trucks, cold job sites, and the kind of physical stress most people never deal with. When your gut is off, you feel it everywhere — bloating after meals, sluggish energy, food that sits like a brick.
Biotics is the daily maintenance for that. Two capsules, 60 billion CFU, four named clinical strains, and an acid-resistant delivery system built to get them past your stomach.
Four Strains You Can Actually Look Up
This is the part most probiotic labels skip, and it's the part worth checking before you buy anything in this category.
Plenty of bottles say "Lactobacillus acidophilus" and stop there. That's a species, not a strain — like saying "a truck" instead of "an F-250." Different strains within the same species behave differently, and the research is done on specific strains, not on species generally.
Biotics names all four:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14) — supports digestion and healthy bacterial balance
- Bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04) — supports the gut barrier and immune response
- Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115) — supports gut lining integrity
- Lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37) — supports immune function and gut balance
Those designations are documented commercial strains. You can look each one up. That's the difference between a label that tells you something and a label that just sounds like it does. We break down the full checklist in our guide to what to look for in a daily probiotic.
What Else Is on the Label
The proprietary probiotic blend is 60 billion CFU total across the four strains, with MAKTREK® Bi-Pass Technology. Two more ingredients are listed separately at exact amounts:
Complex Marine Polysaccharide — 50 mg. Part of the MAKTREK delivery system, formulated to resist stomach acid and release the bacteria further down the digestive tract.
Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) — 20 mg. A prebiotic fiber. Having a prebiotic alongside a probiotic makes the formula a synbiotic. Worth being straight with you about scale: at 20 mg this is a formulation inclusion, not a fiber dose. If you want a meaningful prebiotic intake, that comes from food — beans, onions, oats, and the high-fiber vegetables most people aren't eating enough of.
Why the Delivery System Matters
Probiotics have to reach your intestines to do anything, and stomach acid is a hostile environment for live bacteria. That's the reason a lot of probiotic labels tell you to take them on an empty stomach — it's a way of reducing acid exposure.
MAKTREK® Bi-Pass Technology takes a different approach: a marine polysaccharide shield designed to resist stomach acid and release the strains deeper in the digestive tract. The practical benefit is flexibility. You can take Biotics with food, before food, or after food, which for most people means they actually remember to take it.
Built for Blue-Collar Bodies
BCN doesn't build for people at desks. Biotics is for trades, construction, oilfield, warehouse, trucking, and military — irregular meals, rotating schedules, and a gut absorbing more than the average person's.
If you eat in your truck, eat on rotation, eat whatever's open at 4 AM, or eat clean at home and still feel off, a daily probiotic isn't a luxury. It's the kind of thing you do on schedule rather than waiting until something goes wrong.
Who Biotics Is For
- Anyone dealing with regular bloating, gas, or general gut discomfort
- Workers with irregular meal schedules, shift rotations, or high-protein and low-fiber eating
- Anyone coming off a course of antibiotics who wants to support their gut flora
- Anyone who feels fine and wants to keep it that way
- Anyone stacking with Digest for full-day coverage
Set Expectations Honestly
Probiotics aren't a same-day product. Supporting the bacterial population in your gut is a gradual process, and consistency matters more than any single dose. Skipping days slows it down. Most people are two to four weeks in before anything is clearly noticeable — our guide to how long it takes for probiotics to work lays out the week-by-week picture.
If you want something that works on the meal in front of you — the drive-thru lunch, the dairy-heavy dinner, the bean-heavy chili — that's Digest, and it's a different mechanism entirely. Enzymes act on that meal. Probiotics work on the baseline underneath it.

Works Best as Part of a System
Biotics handles the daily baseline. Digest handles the meal — six enzymes including alpha galactosidase, taken 20 to 30 minutes before eating, for the protein, fat, dairy, and high-fiber food behind acute post-meal bloating.
Running both is the play. The Gut Pack bundles them and saves $15 against buying the two bottles separately.
