Can I use the Dad Bod Pack if I work out?
Yes. The stack supports physical activity, it doesn't replace it. Torch supports energy through training sessions as well as work shifts. Digest supports food and protein absorption. Igniter supports the sleep and recovery that training depends on. Workers who add 2 to 3 short resistance training sessions a week on top of the stack tend to see better body composition results than with the stack alone.

Do I need a protein supplement with the Dad Bod Pack?
Not required, but it helps. In a calorie deficit your body can break down muscle along with fat, especially for men over 35 with age-related muscle loss already working against them. Muscle Fuel is the protein option at 25g of cold-processed whey per scoop. Yes — that's the point of the stack. Torch in the morning and at midday, Igniter 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Leave at least 8 hours between your last Torch dose and Igniter so the daytime stimulants have cleared before the sleep support takes over. Do I need to cycle the Dad Bod Pack?
Torch requires cycling — 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off — because stimulant tolerance builds. Igniter and Digest don't require cycling. During the 2-week Torch break, keep taking Igniter and Digest. We don't currently make a stim-free daytime product to fill that gap, so treat those two weeks as a genuine break from the stimulant rather than a swap.
