Zapply T1 shows up a lot in social media ads as an "all-in-one" testosterone and energy supplement. It's sold as a 90-capsule pouch, and the label prints every ingredient at its dose.

We sell competing testosterone support products, and we're saying that up front. Here's what's on the Zapply T1 label, what's not, what customers report, what it really costs, and how it compares.

This article is general information, not medical advice. If you suspect low testosterone, get bloodwork and talk to your doctor.

What's on the Zapply T1 label

From the supplement facts panel shown on Zapply's product page. Serving size is 3 capsules, 30 servings per pouch.

Ingredient Per serving
Shilajit extract (10:1) 400mg
Ashwagandha (KSM-66) 200mg
Black maca extract (10:1) 200mg
Cordyceps extract (10:1) 100mg
Milk thistle extract (10:1) 100mg
Magnesium (bisglycinate) 200mg (48% DV)
Zinc (picolinate) 10mg (91% DV)
Boron 7.5mg
Selenium 35mcg
Copper (bisglycinate) 0.5mg
Vitamin D3 25mcg (1,000 IU)
Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 400mcg
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) 100mcg
Vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 2mg

Other ingredients: magnesium stearate and a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule.

What's missing: tongkat ali

Zapply T1 is marketed for testosterone support, but it contains no tongkat ali (longjack), the herb with some of the strongest human research in this category. It also skips tribulus and fenugreek, two other common testosterone-category ingredients.

Instead, it's built around shilajit, ashwagandha and maca, plus minerals and vitamins. That's a broader "energy and wellness" formula than a dedicated testosterone formula. For more on what the research says about each herb, see our guide to herbs for testosterone support.

Ingredient breakdown

  • Shilajit, 400mg: a mineral-rich resin with some small human studies tied to testosterone and energy. Quality varies a lot by source, which is where third-party testing matters.
  • Ashwagandha (KSM-66), 200mg: a well-known stress and cortisol ingredient. KSM-66 is a quality branded extract, but most of its studies used 300 to 600mg a day, so 200mg is on the low side.
  • Black maca, 200mg: traditionally used for energy, drive and libido. It doesn't change testosterone numbers on its own.
  • Cordyceps and milk thistle, 100mg each: supporting ingredients with limited evidence for testosterone.
  • Magnesium, zinc, boron, D3: nutrients tied to healthy testosterone mainly when you're low in them. Zinc at 10mg is modest.

Zapply T1 reviews and complaints

The ratings are strong. Zapply holds about 4.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot across roughly 2,900 reviews, and Trustpilot's summary says most reviewers had a great experience.

What positive reviews say: more energy, better mood and motivation, and feeling better overall, often after a few weeks.

What negative reviews say: slow delivery, unexpected import taxes, and some men who saw no change after a three-month trial. One reviewer reported buying a counterfeit version on Amazon, so buy from the brand directly or a trusted retailer.

Zapply replies to most negative reviews, which is a good sign for customer service.

Zapply US prices checked October 2026 on its own site. Prices may change.

Three things to know before you order:

  • The "was" price. One bag is shown at $49.99 against a $69.99 crossed-out price, and bundles show larger "savings" against that higher figure. The number to compare is what you actually pay.
  • The urgency banner. The product page has shown a "Hurry, only 7 in stock" message. Treat limited-stock banners with healthy skepticism.
  • Checkout add-ons. The US site doesn't show a subscription, but the checkout offers add-on upsells. Check your cart total before you pay.

Where is Zapply T1 made?

Zapply's site displays a "Made in the USA" banner, but the product's own label graphic shows a "Made in Europe" badge, and the pouch includes Dutch packaging text. Zapply's Trustpilot profile is also listed under a Dutch web address. We couldn't confirm which is current, so check the bag you receive if where it's made matters to you.

The label graphic also shows Informed Sport and Eurofins logos, which point to third-party testing. That's a real strength.

Zapply T1 side effects

  • Digestive upset is the most common complaint with multi-ingredient formulas. Taking it with food can help.
  • Ashwagandha cautions: avoid it if you're pregnant or nursing, and talk to your doctor if you take thyroid medication, sedatives, or have an autoimmune condition. Rare cases of liver problems have been reported with ashwagandha supplements.
  • Drowsiness: some people feel calmer or sleepy on ashwagandha, so see how it affects you before driving or working at heights.
  • Medications: talk to your doctor first if you take any prescription medication, are on TRT, or have a hormone-related condition.

Where Hammer stands out: it's built around 400mg of tongkat ali, the ingredient Zapply T1 leaves out, plus maca, ginseng and real zinc, at a lower starting price with no bulk order needed. It's taken before bed, when much of the body's natural hormone activity happens. One honest note: Hammer's 50mg of zinc is above the 40mg daily upper limit for adults, so don't add another zinc supplement on top of it.

Where Zapply T1 is different: it prints every dose, carries Informed Sport and Eurofins testing logos, and includes ashwagandha, shilajit and magnesium, which Hammer doesn't. Hammer groups its supporting herbs in a 745mg blend.

Want daytime support too? Overdrive Men's is taken in the morning, and the Rock-Hard Pack combines Hammer, Overdrive Men's and N.O. Flow across the full day. Who each one fits

  • Hammer if you want tongkat ali at a meaningful dose, plus maca, ginseng and zinc, in a before-bed formula at $42 or $35.70 on subscription.
  • Zapply T1 if you specifically want ashwagandha and shilajit in an all-in-one daily formula with every dose printed, and you're fine buying in bulk for the best price.
  • Neither yet if you haven't had bloodwork. Clinically low testosterone is a doctor's conversation.

The tongkat ali Zapply leaves out.

400mg longjack, maca, ginseng and zinc, taken before bed. $42 one-time or $35.70 on subscription. Made in the USA with global ingredients.

No. Zapply T1 contains no tongkat ali, tribulus or fenugreek. It's built around shilajit, ashwagandha and maca instead.

Does Zapply T1 work?

What are the most common Zapply complaints?
Slow delivery, unexpected import taxes, and no noticeable results after a few months. One reviewer reported buying a counterfeit on Amazon.

How much does Zapply T1 cost?

Is Zapply T1 made in the USA?
It's unclear. The site shows a "Made in the USA" banner, but the label graphic shows a "Made in Europe" badge and Dutch packaging text. Check the bag you receive.

Is Zapply T1 a subscription?
The US site we checked sells it as a one-time purchase with bundle discounts, though the checkout offers add-on upsells. Some reviewers in other countries mention subscriptions, so read your order details.

Zapply T1 vs Hammer: which is better?
Hammer has 400mg of tongkat ali, maca, ginseng and 50mg of zinc for $42. Zapply T1 has no tongkat ali but includes shilajit, ashwagandha and magnesium with every dose printed, for $49.99 a bag.

Will a testosterone support supplement cause a failed drug test?
