The basics

• Format: Powder in a 300g jar. Mix with cold water.

• Servings: 30 per jar (10g scoop). That's 30 days at one scoop or 15 at two.

Label directions

Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 8 to 16 oz of cold water. Drink it 15 to 30 minutes before the shift starts. Start with one scoop for a few shifts before trying two. Never take more than 2 scoops in any 24-hour period. Two scoops is 300mg of caffeine, so count your coffee and other caffeine too.

The beta-alanine can cause a light, harmless tingle in your hands or face for a few minutes. It fades on its own.
