Waterproof Vinyl Decal | 2.5" Hard Hat or 4.5" Toolbox
Blue Collar Stickers Built to Live on a Hard Hat
Most blue collar stickers on the market fade in the sun after one summer, peel at the edges the first time the hat gets wet, or come off entirely the first time the hat gets rubbed against a truck door frame. They look good in the listing photo and not much past a month of real wear.
The Working Man Sticker is built different. Heavy-duty waterproof vinyl. Weatherproof adhesive. UV-resistant ink. Printed in a classic black-and-white badge format with the BCN anvil at the center, "Blue Collar Nutrition" arcing across the top, and "Vitamins and Supplements / For The Working Man" arcing across the bottom. It's the kind of sticker that looks like it's been on the hard hat since day one — because once you put it on, it stays.
Stick it on something you actually use, and it'll still look right a year from now.
What the Working Man Sticker Is
The Working Man Sticker is a vinyl decal printed with the classic round Blue Collar Nutrition anvil badge — the OG BCN brand mark. Solid black background, white anvil-and-hammer logo dead center, brand wordmark arcing across the top of the badge, "For The Working Man" tagline arcing across the bottom.
It's printed on premium waterproof vinyl rated for indoor and outdoor use. The ink is UV-resistant — colors stay sharp through prolonged sun exposure. The adhesive is bubble-free for clean application and strong enough to hold through pressure washes, abrasion against tool boxes, hot truck cab interiors, and the kind of beating a hard hat sees on a real job site.
This is the anvil sticker most BCN customers stick first — usually on the front of the hard hat.
Where It Goes
The Working Man Sticker is built for hard hats first, but it works on anything with a smooth, hard surface:
If it's flat or has a smooth curve and you don't want to glue it on, the Working Man Sticker sticks.
Two Sizes
2.5" x 1.6" (Hard Hat Size) — The compact size. Built to sit on the curved front panel of a hard hat without wrapping awkwardly over the brim. Also the right size for phone cases, water bottles, lunchbox lids, welding hood surfaces, and tighter spots. The most common BCN customer setup: one on the front of the hard hat, one on the side, one on the truck thermos.
4.5" x 2.8" (Toolbox Size) — The visible-from-across-the-shop size. Built for tool boxes, truck windows, rear glass, tailgates, coolers, and ice chests. The 4.5" reads clean from 20+ feet away — the size you want when the sticker is doing brand identity for your whole rig, not just your hat.
Most BCN customers end up grabbing a few of each — one or two for the hard hat, one for the truck, one for the toolbox, one for the cooler. The 2.5" and 4.5" combo is a small starter blue collar sticker pack.
Built for the Whole Crew
This is a blue collar sticker that fits whatever trade you work in. Welders, carpenters, concrete crews, plumbers, electricians, ironworkers, pipefitters, oilfield, warehouse, drivers, construction, and military — the Working Man badge isn't about the specific job, it's about the kind of work and the kind of body that does it. Same brand mark you'll see on BCN supplements, hats, water bottles, and the gear of customers across every trade.
If you want blue collar decals on the truck instead of the hat, the 4.5" size is built for rear glass, tailgates, and bumpers. Most BCN customers run one on the back glass and one in the toolbox.
Application & Removal
Clean the surface first with rubbing alcohol or soap and water — let it dry completely. Peel the sticker slowly off the backing. Set one edge down first, then press flat from that edge outward to push out any air bubbles as you go. Smooth it down with the side of your finger or a credit card.
Once it's on, it stays on. The adhesive is strong enough to hold through washes, weather, sun, and the inside of a hot truck cab in summer.
When you want to remove it, a steady pull at one corner lifts it cleanly off most surfaces — vinyl, plastic, glass, painted metal — without leaving residue. Hard plastic surfaces in direct sun for years may need a little Goo Gone or adhesive remover for a fully clean lift.
Want the Coors-Style Blue Collar Sticker Instead?
The Working Man Sticker is the OG round black-and-white badge — the classic BCN brand mark. If you'd rather have the Coors Light-style red script "Collar" badge — that's the Blue Collar Sticker. Same waterproof vinyl, same two-size lineup, same weatherproof build. Different design — the Working Man is the OG anvil badge; the Blue Collar Sticker is the Americana red script vibe. Most BCN customers end up with both.
Stick the Brand on the Rest of It
If you want BCN on more than stickers, the Classic Hat Leather and Classic Hat PVC carry the brand mark in trucker hat form. If you wear tactical or operator-style gear with velcro panels, the BCN Velcro Patch swaps onto whatever you're running that day.
If you're building out a gift for a handy dad or a blue collar worker on your crew, a pair of Working Man Stickers (one 2.5" for the hat, one 4.5" for the toolbox) is the cheapest add-on that still actually gets used. The full lineup lives in the BCN Gear collection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this sticker waterproof? Yes. The Working Man Sticker is printed on premium waterproof vinyl with a weather-resistant adhesive. It holds up to rain, snow, pressure washes, high humidity, and high-pressure car washes without bubbling, peeling, or fading.
Will it fade in the sun? No. The ink and vinyl are UV-resistant — colors stay sharp through prolonged sun exposure. Years of direct outdoor exposure on a truck window or hard hat won't fade the black-and-white badge the way cheap stickers do.
What size is the Hard Hat version? 2.5" wide by 1.6" tall. Sized to fit the front or side panel of a standard hard hat without wrapping over the brim. Also works on phone cases, water bottles, thermoses, welding hoods, and other smaller surfaces.
What size is the Toolbox version? 4.5" wide by 2.8" tall. Built for tool boxes, truck windows, rear glass, tailgates, coolers, and ice chests — anywhere you want the badge visible from across the shop or across the parking lot.
Are these blue collar stickers safe for trucks? Yes. The 4.5" Toolbox size is rated for vehicle glass, painted body panels, bumpers, and tailgates. The vinyl survives every standard car wash including drive-throughs with high-pressure nozzles.
Will it leave residue when I remove it? On most surfaces — glass, painted metal, vinyl, plastic — it pulls off cleanly with a steady corner-lift, no sticky residue. On hard plastic surfaces that have been in direct sun for years, a small amount of adhesive may stay behind, which comes off easily with Goo Gone or rubbing alcohol.
Is the Working Man Sticker dishwasher safe on a water bottle? We'd recommend hand-washing rather than dishwashering. The sticker itself is waterproof and the adhesive is strong, but repeat high-heat dishwasher cycles will eventually break down any sticker's adhesive layer. Hand-wash with mild soap to keep it lasting.
What hard hats does the Hard Hat version fit? The 2.5" x 1.6" size fits the curved front, side, or rear panel of all standard hard hats — MSA, Bullard, 3M, Lift Safety, Pyramex, and any other ANSI-compliant hard hat. The horizontal proportions sit flat on the curve without wrinkling at the edges.
Can I put multiple Working Man Stickers on one hard hat? Yes — most BCN customers end up with one on the front, one on each side, and sometimes one on the back. Buying multiples is the standard move; the 2.5" size is built specifically for that kind of multi-placement layout.
Is the Working Man Sticker rated for indoor and outdoor use? Yes. The vinyl and adhesive are rated for both indoor and outdoor use — kitchen-cabinet sticker, gun safe sticker, indoor office wall sticker, outdoor hard hat, outdoor truck window — all fine.
What's the difference between the Working Man Sticker and the Blue Collar Sticker? Same waterproof vinyl, same weatherproof build, same two-size options. Different design — the Working Man Sticker is the classic OG round black-and-white anvil badge with the "For The Working Man" tagline. The Blue Collar Sticker is the Coors Light-style red script "Collar" badge in a more Americana, classic-beer-can vibe. Pick the Working Man if you like the OG trade badge look. Pick the Blue Collar if you want the red script. Most BCN customers grab both.
What surfaces does it NOT stick to? Anything textured, soft, or porous — fabric, raw wood, brick, concrete, foam, leather. The vinyl needs a flat or smoothly curved hard surface to bond properly. Anything smooth and hard, it sticks; anything textured or soft, it doesn't.
Is this the anvil sticker from Blue Collar Nutrition? Yes. The hammer-and-anvil at the center of the Working Man Sticker is the original BCN brand mark — the anvil sticker most BCN customers know us by. It's the same logo that's on the supplements, the hats, the patches, and the trucks rolling out of BCN customers' driveways.
What does the "For The Working Man" tagline represent? "For The Working Man" is the original Blue Collar Nutrition tagline — a callout to the kind of work and the kind of body that does it, regardless of who's wearing the sticker. The sticker is built for welders, carpenters, concrete crews, plumbers, electricians, pipefitters, oilfield, warehouse, drivers, construction, and military — anyone whose body is the tool that pays the bills.
