Two capsules daily, with food.

Timing: Morning or early afternoon. Take it earlier in the day rather than later.

With a meal: Not optional. Mind Fuel contains vitamins A, D, and E, which are fat-soluble — your body absorbs them alongside fat from food. On an empty stomach you're getting less of what you paid for, and the higher-dose B vitamins are more likely to leave you queasy.

Same time every day: Mind Fuel is a daily foundation product, not something you take when you need it. Treat it like your morning multivitamin — same time, with breakfast or lunch, and stay on it.

What it doesn't do: This isn't a stimulant. You won't feel it come on 30 minutes after taking it, and it won't wake you up. If that's what you're after, Before Work Fuel is the caffeinated one.

Stacking: Mind Fuel is caffeine-free, so it doesn't add to your daily caffeine total. You can take it alongside coffee, Before Work Fuel, or Refuel without overlapping.

Read the Warnings first: There are medications Mind Fuel shouldn't be combined with. Check that section before your first bottle.

One bottle is 60 capsules — a 30-day supply at two a day.

Trusted on Every Job Site

Some jobs run on your hands. Most run on your attention too — tracking a dozen details across a ten-hour shift, staying sharp on the fourth day of a stretch, keeping your head clear when the schedule is irregular and the sleep isn't great.

Mind Fuel is a daily capsule built for that side of the work. It's caffeine-free and contains no stimulants, so it doesn't compete with your coffee or your pre-shift drink — it sits underneath them as a daily foundation. Two capsules with food, same time every day.

This is not a product you feel come on. If you want something that hits in twenty minutes, that's Before Work Fuel. Mind Fuel is the one you take every morning and keep taking.

  • Format: 60 capsules — 30 servings at 2 capsules
  • Caffeine: none. No stimulants of any kind.
  • Focus Blend: 609mg
  • Also included: 22 vitamins and minerals at disclosed doses
  • Capsule: vegetable (hypromellose) — no gelatin
  • Supply: 30 days — about $1.40 a day
  • Contains soy and fish (tuna)

What's Actually on the Panel

Mind Fuel has two parts, and they're disclosed very differently. Worth knowing which is which before you buy it.

The vitamin and mineral foundation — every amount stated. Twenty-two of them, with Daily Values on the label: vitamins A, C, D, and E; thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, biotin, and pantothenic acid; choline at 50mg; and a mineral base of calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, and potassium. Several sit well above 100% of the Daily Value — B6 at 706%, vitamin E at 266%, thiamin at 250%. These are the ingredients you can actually verify.

The Focus Blend — 609mg total, amounts not stated. This part is proprietary. The label gives the total and names all eighteen ingredients in descending order by weight, but not how much of each: DMAE bitartrate, L-glutamine HCl, glutamic acid, green tea extract, bacopa extract, inositol, bilberry fruit extract, GABA, grape seed extract, grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf, cassia bark extract, licorice root extract, boron, DHA, vanadium, phosphatidylserine, and huperzine A.

Eighteen ingredients inside 609mg means the amounts are small. We're not going to tell you what any single one of them does for you at a dose nobody has published, and you should be skeptical of any brand that does. What we'll say is what's true: these are ingredients with a long history of use in cognitive support formulas, and they're here alongside a fully disclosed vitamin and mineral base.

Caffeine-Free, and Why That Matters

The usual move when focus slips is more caffeine. Another coffee, another can, something stronger in the afternoon. Past a certain point that costs you sleep, and worse sleep makes the next day's focus problem bigger.

Mind Fuel has no caffeine and no stimulants. That means it stacks with whatever you already drink without adding to the total — take it with breakfast, run Before Work Fuel before the shift if you want it, and the two aren't competing. It also means Mind Fuel won't wake you up. Different job.

If you're finding that you're wiped out most evenings, it's worth looking at the whole picture rather than just supplements — we wrote about that in why am I so tired after work.

Take It Like a Multivitamin

Two capsules with food, in the morning or early afternoon. With a meal, because that's how the fat-soluble vitamins in it are absorbed. Earlier in the day rather than later.

The people who get the most out of Mind Fuel treat it the way they treat a daily multivitamin — same time, every day, without watching for a moment where something switches on. A 60-capsule bottle is 30 days at two a day. If you're the kind of person who buys a bottle, takes it for a week, and forgets it in a drawer, this is not the product for you.

Who It's Built For

Working adults whose jobs demand mental output alongside physical output:

  • Trade workers and equipment operators tracking a lot of detail across a long shift
  • Supervisors and foremen making calls under time pressure
  • Drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse leads managing moving parts
  • Anyone working rotating schedules, irregular sleep, or long stretches without a real day off
  • Anyone who wants a daily foundation without adding more caffeine to get it

Mind Fuel is for adults. Not for anyone under 18.

Before You Buy

It contains soy and fish (tuna). The phosphatidylserine is soy-derived and the DHA comes from tuna. If you have a soy or fish allergy, this isn't the one.

Read the full Warnings section below before your first bottle — Mind Fuel contains DMAE, huperzine A, licorice root extract, and vanadyl sulfate, and there are medications it shouldn't be combined with.

Pair It Up

For omega-3 support beyond the small amount of DHA inside the Focus Blend, Omega is the dedicated product. The rest of the daily foundation lineup is in the Health collection, and the caffeinated side of the day is in Energy.

Mind Fuel has two halves and they are disclosed very differently. Below is what each ingredient is and where it comes from. What we are not going to do is tell you what any single ingredient in the proprietary blend does for you, because the label does not state how much of it is in there.

THE DISCLOSED HALF — 22 VITAMINS AND MINERALS

Every one of these has a stated amount and a Daily Value on the panel.

Fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamin A as beta-carotene (122mcg RAE), vitamin D as cholecalciferol (3mcg), vitamin E as DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (40mg). These are the reason the directions say to take it with food.

B vitamins. Thiamin as mononitrate (3mg), riboflavin (1.7mg), niacin (12.5mg NE), B6 as pyridoxine HCl (12mg), folate (680mcg DFE, from 400mcg folic acid), biotin (3mcg), pantothenic acid (12mg). Your body uses these to convert food into usable energy. Several run high on purpose — B6 is at 706% of the Daily Value, thiamin at 250%. There is no B12 in this formula.

Vitamin C as ascorbic acid, 125mg.

Choline as choline bitartrate, 50mg, listed separately from the blend.

Minerals. Calcium as carbonate (20mg), iron as ferrous fumarate (2.6mg), magnesium as oxide (50mg), zinc as oxide (10mg), selenium as amino acid chelate (50mcg), copper as gluconate (0.052mg), manganese as amino acid chelate (0.4mg), chromium as picolinate (12mcg), molybdenum (10mcg), potassium as citrate (94mg).

THE PROPRIETARY HALF — FOCUS BLEND, 609mg

Eighteen ingredients. The label gives the 609mg total and names all eighteen in descending order by weight, but not the individual amounts. Listed here in that same order, heaviest first:

DMAE bitartrate (dimethylaminoethanol) — a compound long used in cognitive formulas. It is the heaviest ingredient in the blend.

L-glutamine HCl and glutamic acid — amino acids.

Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis, leaf) — a source of plant polyphenols. Mind Fuel contains no caffeine.

Bacopa extract (Bacopa monnieri, whole herb) — a herb with a long history of use in Ayurvedic practice. Fifth by weight in this blend.

Inositol — a carbohydrate compound found in the body and in food.

Bilberry fruit extract (Vaccinium myrtillus).

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) — an amino acid that the body also produces on its own.

Grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera), grapefruit seed extract (Citrus paradisi), olive leaf (Olea europaea), cassia bark extract (Cinnamomum cassia), licorice root extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) — plant extracts.

Boron as boron citrate and vanadium as vanadyl sulfate — trace minerals.

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) at 14% — an omega-3 fatty acid. In this formula it is fish-derived, from tuna.

Phosphatidylserine — a phospholipid. In this formula it is soy-derived.

Huperzine A — the lightest ingredient in the blend, and the one to pay attention to in the Warnings section.

Eighteen ingredients inside 609mg means these are small amounts. Descending order tells you the relative ranking but not the spread, so treat any brand that quotes you a per-ingredient dose from a blend like this with suspicion — including us.

ALLERGENS

Contains soy (from the phosphatidylserine) and fish, specifically tuna (from the DHA). If you have a soy or fish allergy, this is not the product for you.

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Rice flour, hypromellose (the vegetable capsule — no gelatin), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

WHAT YOU WON'T FIND

No caffeine. No stimulants of any kind. No hormones. No amphetamines or banned substances. No artificial dyes. No gelatin.

Mind Fuel contains DMAE, huperzine A, licorice root extract, and vanadyl sulfate.

Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking any prescription medication — especially blood pressure, blood thinner, cholinesterase inhibitor, or psychiatric medications — or have an existing medical condition.

Huperzine A affects acetylcholine and should not be combined with cholinesterase inhibitors or other medications acting on the same pathway without medical supervision. Licorice root extract may interact with blood pressure medication.

Take earlier in the day rather than late in the evening.

Contains soy and fish (tuna). If you have a soy or fish allergy, check the label before use.

Contains iron. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience any adverse reaction. Not a substitute for food or sleep.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

What is Mind Fuel for?

It's a daily capsule that supports focus and mental clarity for people whose work demands attention as well as physical output. Two parts: a fully disclosed base of 22 vitamins and minerals, and a 609mg proprietary Focus Blend. It's caffeine-free, so it sits underneath your coffee rather than competing with it. What it is not is a stimulant — there's no hit, no onset, nothing you feel switch on.

Does Mind Fuel have caffeine?

None. No caffeine and no stimulants of any kind. The blend does contain green tea extract, which is where people usually expect caffeine to hide, but there is none in this formula. That's the reason Mind Fuel stacks cleanly with Before Work Fuel, Refuel, or a pot of coffee without adding to your daily caffeine total.

How long before I notice anything?

Honest answer: this isn't a product built around a noticeable moment. It's a daily nutrient and botanical foundation, and the value is in taking it consistently rather than in how any single day feels. If you're the kind of person who evaluates a supplement on day three, Mind Fuel will disappoint you. If you'll take two capsules with breakfast every morning for a few months without thinking about it, that's the use case.

Can I take Mind Fuel on an empty stomach?

Take it with food. Mind Fuel contains vitamins A, D, and E, which are fat-soluble — your body absorbs them alongside fat from a meal, so an empty stomach means you get less of what you paid for. The higher-dose B vitamins are also more likely to leave you queasy without food. Breakfast or lunch, either works.

Can I take Mind Fuel with a multivitamin?

Check both labels first. Mind Fuel already contains 22 vitamins and minerals, and several are well above 100% of the Daily Value — B6 at 706%, vitamin E at 266%, thiamin at 250%. Stacking a second multivitamin on top of that doubles up on nutrients you're already covered for, and the fat-soluble ones accumulate. Compare the two panels side by side, and if you take other supplements as well, run the combination past a healthcare provider.

Why does the label say "proprietary blend"?

Because it is one, and we'd rather say so than talk around it. The Focus Blend is 609mg total across eighteen ingredients. The label states the total and names every ingredient in descending order by weight, but not how much of each. DMAE is the heaviest, huperzine A is the lightest, bacopa sits fifth. Eighteen ingredients inside 609mg means the individual amounts are small. Anyone who quotes you a per-ingredient dose out of a blend like this is guessing, and we're not going to.

Does Mind Fuel help with brain fog?

Mind Fuel is not a treatment for anything, and we're not going to sell it as one. If your head is consistently foggy, the causes worth checking first are sleep, hydration, food, and shift schedule — and if it's persistent or new, that's a conversation for a doctor, not a supplement purchase. What Mind Fuel offers is a daily vitamin, mineral, and botanical foundation for people already doing the basics. We wrote about the wider picture in why am I so tired after work.

Does Mind Fuel contain allergens?

Yes. It contains soy and fish. The phosphatidylserine is soy-derived and the DHA comes from tuna. If you have a soy or fish allergy, this is not the product for you. The capsule itself is hypromellose — vegetable, no gelatin.

Is Mind Fuel safe to take with my medication?

That depends on the medication and it's a question for your prescriber, not for us. Mind Fuel contains huperzine A, which acts on acetylcholine, and licorice root extract, which can interact with blood pressure medication. Read the full Warnings section on this page and take it to whoever manages your prescriptions before your first bottle. The classes worth flagging specifically are blood pressure, blood thinners, cholinesterase inhibitors, and psychiatric medications.

Can I take Mind Fuel every day?

Yes — daily use is the whole design. There's no caffeine to build tolerance to and nothing here that needs cycling. Two capsules with food, same time each day.

When should I take it — morning or night?

Morning or early afternoon, with a meal. Earlier in the day rather than late in the evening. Most people pair it with breakfast because that's the easiest habit to keep.

Is Mind Fuel a nootropic?

It's usually shelved in that category, and the ingredients — DMAE, bacopa, GABA, phosphatidylserine, huperzine A — are ones you'll find across nootropic formulas. Worth knowing that "nootropic" is a marketing category rather than a regulated one, so it tells you very little on its own. What matters is what's on the panel and how much of it is disclosed, which for Mind Fuel is 22 vitamins and minerals at stated amounts plus an 18-ingredient blend at a stated total.

How long does one bottle last?

60 capsules, 30 servings, 30 days at two a day. One-time purchase is $42.00, which is $1.40 a day. Subscribe & Save is $35.70, or $1.19 a day.

Do I need Omega if I'm taking Mind Fuel?

The Focus Blend does include DHA, but it's one of eighteen ingredients inside 609mg, so the amount is small and the label doesn't state it. If omega-3s are something you want covered properly, Omega is the dedicated product for that. The rest of the daily foundation lineup is in the Health collection.

Will Mind Fuel cause a failed drug test?

Absolutely not. All products are natural, hormone-free, and do not contain any amphetamines or substances that would trigger a failed drug test — whether for bodybuilding, employment, or any other purpose. Mind Fuel is also caffeine-free and stimulant-free. If you are subject to DOT, federal, military, or NCAA testing, the safest step is always to clear any supplement with your program administrator first. Mind Fuel is made in the USA in an FDA-registered facility and third-party tested.

Estimating jobs all day takes more focus

I spend half my day putting together bids and the other half walking jobsites. By the afternoon, I’d catch myself rereading the same numbers. Mind Fuel has helped me stay mentally sharp when I’m bouncing between paperwork and the field.

    Non-stimulant focus!

I really like how mindful has zero stimulants and I love the way it works. I have been taking brain health supplements for many years, but I really like mine Fiel and have been taking it for over a year now.
